As all CHALSIE JOAN pieces are made to order from start to finish, I am unable to offer a refund if you change your mind or if the garment does not fit.

All customers are advised to refer to the sizing guide provided in the product description excerpt prior to purchasing in order to make correct sizing decisions.

GET THE PERFECT FIT

If you are still unsure about sizing, I am happy to offer a custom measurement service that is available at checkout.

Simply select your usual dress size when shopping your CHALSIE JOAN piece, once selected and you are at check out please enter any custom measurement requirements in the custom form provided.

EXCHANGES & ALTERATIONS

CHALSIE JOAN does accept exchanges and a free of charge alterations service if the fit of your purchase is not as desired, please email info@chalsiejoan.com with the subject titled EXCHANGE & ALTERATIONS along with your ORDER NUMBER and details of your request within 7 days of delivery and instructions on what to do next will be provided to you.

Items must be unworn and in original condition as order received.

The return shipping cost and custom fees of exchanged items back to CHALSIE JOAN and back to the customer are the responsibility of the buyer and not CHALSIE JOAN and must be sent back using a tracked and signed for service.

Payment options for this shipping cost will be provided to you in email once the item has been received and alterations or an exchange has been processed.
